|When a hot, new product first hits the market, the supply is usually very limited. As such, we have introduced a pre-order program to allow customers to reserve a product prior to it's retail release date. This way you can be one of the first to get the product that you've seen on tv and waited for.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed prior to it being available to ensure that product is reserved off the next shipment for you.
How do I pre-order something?
Items marked with availability as "Available For Pre-Order" can be added to your cart and ordered through checkout in the same way every other item. The different is that they will not ship until the product becomes available.
How does a pre-order work?
Simply order the item the same way you place any order on our site. The release date will be posted on the website on the product page. This release date is not exact and may be off due to freight or production delays. In the event that there is a significant change in date, we will update the website with a modified date and will email all customers with pre-orders on that item. Please watch your email inbox for updates.
How do I pay for a pre-order?
Simply complete checkout as you would on any order? If you pay by credit or debit card, we only run an authorization at the time of sale. The charge will not be posted to your card until the order is being prepared for delivery except when the pre-order is expected to be longer than 30 days. We can only hold an authorization for 30 days so if the pre-order is expected to run longer than 30 days, we will have to charge your card within 30 days to prevent you from having to re-purchase the item. We do not store credit card numbers on our website and rely on the authorization code as the sole means for completing the charge made on the pre-order. If you pay by a third party payment method such as PayPal we will not be able to delay the payment as PayPal will charge your card or bank account at the time of sale. If you send a check or money order in the mail for a pre-order, the check or money order will be deposited upon receipt of payment.
Can I change the pre-order?
Absolutely! If you need to add, remove or switch items in a pre-order. Let us know as soon as possible. When adding items to your pre-order, if we won't have enough quantity of a particular item to add to your order, we will notify you of this and explain how this could affect your pre-order so that you can make the decision that is best for you.
If you need to change the shipping method or shipping address, just let us know. Until the order ships, we can change the shipping method and/or shipping address to any that you desire. Please note that changes in shipping method may change the total price.
What are the terms and conditons of a pre-order?
You may cancel a pre-order at anytime between the time you order it and the time it ships out for a FULL REFUND! A pre-order is in no way an obligation to purchase the item. All other policies from our site are still the same with a pre-order. You will still have 60 days from the time of shipment to return or exchange the purchase. Just contact customer service and we will be glad to help. In the event that the number of pre-orders exceeds the incoming shipment, orders will be filled on a first come, first serve basis and any customers who had orders that failed to ship from the shipment will be notified so they can have the option to wait longer or cancel the pre-order. We will not discount a pre-order because of a delay in the release date or shipment.
